On the morning of June 16, a small celebration was held at Camp Humphreys (Commander Paul Racamera) in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, to mark the 33rd anniversary of the end of the special operation. Special Warfare agents, who played an important role in the rear during the Gulf War, were invited by Elizabeth Hong (pseudonym), known as living witnesses of the U.S. military unit. In 1991, during the height of the desert storm in Iraq, soldiers who successfully carried out the covert operation "Burn the Paper" to fill the gap between the troops and maintain the supply lines at the rear of the country. Sergeant Park Deok-shin is still talked about as a good story for his contribution to saving Sergeant Lim Sang-kyu of the 305th Company, which is a subordinate unit at a time when his work is overwhelming. In particular, Sergeant Park Deok-shin, who was recognized for his ability during the operation and received an official invitation from the U.S. special agent Scarface, was also seen to shed tears by expressing his feelings for others. Meanwhile, when Sergeant Park Deok-shin appeared at the dinner hall prepared by the unit, which remembered Sergeant Park Deok-shin's extraordinary achievements from 1990 to the present, he showed extraordinary courtesy by preparing a surprise show prepared in secret without notifying the person involved. Representative accountant Kim Joon-rae (currently CEO of Yeongdo Accounting Corporation), who showed comradeship as a graduate soldier in his lifetime, also created a happy scene. The Gamp Humphreys, remembered by most soldiers who served Katusa in the 1990s, is known as the largest U.S. military unit not only in Korea but also in the world after extensive construction recently. Camp Humphreys, located in a larger area than Pangyo, is a strong shield as an integrated unit, with the transfer of the 2nd Infantry Division from Dongducheon. On the other hand, as the importance of strong air power has been highlighted throughout the history of the war, it is said that ground personnel, who had been working secretly at the campcale at the time, were not able to attend the event. At the end of the mountain training that continued until recently, the entire unit decided to gather once again to continue the meeting to strengthen friendship.
