According to data released by a team led by Professor Sinclair, who has gained worldwide fame for his life-related projects at Harvard Medical School, eating less has the effect of boosting human longevity genes. A number of studies have shown that people who eat 25% less than normal people live 10-15% longer. In the past, it was wrongly known that fasting or fasting would benefit the body. What recent research points out in common requires deeper and deeper reflection. The concept is that the human gene's defense mechanism against the so-called deficiencies that have lasted for tens of thousands of years makes it the same as the delay in aging. Combine a wide range of data, from the reasons why the average life expectancy of the elderly in Okinawa is high, to what was discovered in a U.S. biosphere experiment a few years ago. It is an objectively proven fountain that news affects longevity in any form. There is a lot of evidence that people in areas where they had to live on only two-thirds of their lives, even if they didn't want to, lived longer as a result, ranging from simple yeast to fruit flies and rodents. Experiments such as fasting and fasting, which were difficult to achieve due to the unethical nature of the experiment itself, have recently been introduced in various forms, making it increasingly possible to apply them to daily life. Intermittent fasting and other methods are known to work even after middle age, which makes us realize that routes to the age of 100 years of health are gradually. It is not new or surprising to know how to eat less and live a healthy life, but it is assumed that it is the result of waking up the survival circuit by awakening the natural longevity gene to do what it has done since the primitive age, stimulating the cell's defense system, promoting survival, preventing diseases and decline, minimizing changes in the epigenome, and slowing aging. We are thinking about how to live a long and healthy life by limiting calories without malnutrition.
